Previously, Jenn served as NW Harvest's Director of Hunger Response for over 10 years, where she focused on increasing food access by scaling and innovating food security efforts across Washington state.

Erin Hatheway was the Deputy Director at A Way Home Washington. In this role she led program design, developed staffing models, and oversaw operations and hiring to build a new organization to prevent and end youth homelessness.
